Cancellation Policy
Senixa India believes in helping out our clients to every extent where we could reach up to therefore we have a liberal and fair going cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- The cancellation of the terms will be only considered if the request to do so is made within time-bound (i.e. 72 hours of placing an order). Whereas the cancellation request won’t be entertained if the orders have been communicated to our executives and we have initiated the process.
- The cancellation for those orders that the company receives on special occasions like Navratri, Diwali, Christmas, etc. will not be entertained. These offers are for limited occasions and thereby the cancellation is not possible.
- Refer the issue to us in case of complaints regarding the services provided to you. We assure you that the required will be done at the earliest.
Refund Policy
At the point when the payment of fee is done to our firm, the expenses paid in advance are held by Senixa India in a client’s account. The firm will acquire the expenses after dealing with a customer’s issue. During a commitment, the firm acquires expenses at various rates and various times depending on the competition of various milestones. ( for example: giving the customer access to the portal, allotting relationship director, getting DIN, filling of various forms, etc.). The refund cannot be accommodated for an earned fee because of our resources and the manpower and hours spend on delivering the services are non-refundable. Further, we can’t credit or refund the money paid to the government entities, such as fees for filing, registration fees, or taxes paid to the government, or to other parties with a role in processing your orders. Under any circumstances, the firm will be liable to refund only up to the fee provided by the client. The firm is not responsible and isn’t liable to refund the fee if execution has been begun.
No refunds will be provided to those services that the firm has acquired under any discounted period or promotional campaign. The offers provided at this period are only for a limited time and therefore refunds for those services are not possible; anyways store credits after deduction of charges might be given depending on the current facts of the case.
No refund will be allowed where there is a processing delay on part of the government offices or documentation is improper, deficient, or un-ideal from the client or users of our services.
Refund Request
The refund request can be initiated through (provide with your mail id) or create a refund request ticket. The refund request made by the clients will be made within 60 days of purchase. The firm will process your request within 20 to 25 business days after receiving all the information required for its processing like a reason for a refund request, bank details for a processing refund request, etc.
